Shipping Policy

Free tracked shipping on 2 or more tubes. Orders with a single tube ship tracked for a flat $4.95.

Processing time. Orders leave within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time. Orders usually arrive 4–7 business days after they ship.

Where we ship. We currently ship to the United States.

Tracking. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order here.

Free gifts. Gifts ship separately from your tubes, so they can arrive a few days apart.

Wrong address? Message us within 12 hours of ordering through the Contact page and we'll fix it before it ships.

Lost or late? If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after it shipped, we'll reship it or refund you, including any shipping you paid. See our Refund policy.
